Print volume
Mono and colour sides are priced by volume band, page size and simplex or duplex production.

Finished pack
Paper, covers, collation, stapling, binding and packing are added to the agreed finished item.

Setup, proofing, specialist finishing, delivery and approved urgent work are shown clearly.

Release checks
The final quote depends on artwork, stock, capacity, confidentiality, payment terms and verified VAT treatment.
There is no universal page price for every job. A4, A3, paper weight, colour coverage, binding, variable data, urgency and delivery can change the cost. Sgananda sends a written specification and quote before production.

Qualify

The quote records the specification. Artwork checks cover page size, resolution, fonts, bleed and version.

An authorised contact signs the physical or controlled digital proof approval before the production run.

Produce and release
We record quality checks, pack counts, dispatch and delivery. Reprints follow the agreed responsibility rule.
SECURE PRINT WORK
Confidential files need a separate route.
No public file upload
Do not send confidential print files through this enquiry form. We open a controlled transfer channel only after the quote and security route are approved.
Examination control
Restricted jobs can use named controllers, access limits, spoilage reconciliation, sealed cartons and signed chain of custody.
POPIA-aware handling
We collect only the business details needed to answer the enquiry. Personal data is handled only under an approved job instruction and retention rule.
FEE-PAYING PUBLIC SCHOOLS
A quote that supports the SGB procurement file.
Sgananda supplies a written specification, quotation and available supplier evidence. The school follows its procurement policy, confirms budget and authority, records the comparison and issues an approved purchase order before production.

What to settle before production.
Do you print every type of job?
No. We accept work only when the artwork, security, supplier capacity, finishing, delivery, payment and margin checks pass.
Can we send an examination paper with the enquiry?
No. Send only the job details. We will provide a controlled transfer route after the commercial and confidentiality process is approved.
Can you quote per finished learner pack?
Yes. The quote can show the total job price and a finished-pack price, including the agreed paper, print, finishing, packing and delivery.
Can you handle specialist binding?
Yes, subject to sample approval and a confirmed specialist-finishing slot. Perfect binding, coil binding and lamination are quoted separately.
Is VAT included?
The written quote states the VAT basis that applies on its date. Sgananda verifies its VAT status before the quote is released.
